May 2014 Brian Miller, CFE,  joined as the COO and equity partner.  Brian 25 years of experience in franchising and is a Certified Franchise Executive.    Brian served  10 years as COO of a franchise organization as well as 15 years with Snelling Staffing where he also was a Sr. Executive and  co-owner in several full service, staffing offices.    Having the combined background in franchising and recruiting was the perfect complement to position Patrice & Associates for growth.
September 2014 the Regional Developer Franchise Model was available with the goal of providing an additional layer of support to our Franchise Community.  Regional Developers operate their own recruiting office and are responsible for providing continued support to the franchisees in their region.  Our first Regional Developer joined us in January 2015.
