Incredible four-week franchise training program blending classroom with in-the-field on- the-job training, focusing on all the aspects of owning and operating a Maaco auto repair franchise including the Maaco franchise system, marketing and advertising, merchandising and POS system, lead control, estimating, sales and management training, interfacing with customers, management information system, technical training, forecast and profit/margin control and local trade, wholesale and national account business-to-business training.
A minimum of four weeks in-store post grand opening training and support focusing on the Maaco operating system with owner and employees.
An additional six to 12 months of new center training and oversight that blends in-store training with constant support and availability of Operating System experts to help achieve profitability, quality and sales targets by focusing on the management and process of the operating system in the store.
Maaco ’s Franchise Operating System experts will help to develop the team’s skill and expertise in auto painting, auto bodywork, estimating, sales and production management. Maaco ’s Opening Training Team will be on-site at the new store to support, develop and implement all phases of the auto body franchise Operating System in a hands on approach.
